The CX Summit Cartagena 2024 focused on analyzing the fundamental impact of business trust on Customer Experience (CX), bringing together experts from various sectors. At the exhibition, 81 companies from the Information Technology (IT) and Telecommunications (TELCOM) sectors showcased their equipment, technologies, and solutions that contribute to the field of CX. According to estimates from Bpro, approximately 1200 people attended each day.
Crucial topics were discussed, such as turning every customer interaction into a genuine and valuable experience, the latest trends in customer service, emerging new technologies, and how corporate trust drives innovation and excellence across all economic sectors.
